The Estimated Cost Is $2600.00 To $3300.00. ford Has Redesigned The Egr Value & Cooler To Handle The Pressure Better With Thicker Walls. The ford Dealership Has Advised That This Is A Problem That Will Happen Due To The Cooler Walls Being To Thin And Rupturing Under Pressure. The End Result Is A Sudden Lost Of Power With Possible Steering & Brake Issues In Controlling The Vehicle. In Our Family We Have Purchased 4 Of The F250’s. I Have Pictures Of The Event As It Happens And A Copy Of The Repairs Needed To Fix This Problem.
