I Have Been Driving For 56 Years, When I Get Out Of An Automatic Vehicle I Put It In Park Even With The Motor Running. On 4/5, I Parked My Truck (city Government Vehicle) Motor Running, To Put Raingear In My Personal Vehicle. I Placed The Truck In Park Opened The Driver’s Door, Grabbed My Jacket And Walked To My Personal Vehicle (15 Feet Away) And Placed The Jacket Inside. I Then Walked Back To My City Truck, Opened The Passenger Door Got My Rain Slicker From The Floor Board, Carried The Slicker To My Personal Car And Put It Inside.
